I know I say it every month, but I really cannot believe that Braden is already 8 months old. How can I stop time?? We have been so busy lately so it seems as if this month just flashed by.
Braden, at eight months old, you:
are sooooo close to crawling!! You have shown us a few brief moments of crawling so we know it’s coming really soon. Mainly you do this little “frog hop/belly hop” to get where you want to go! When you get on all fours to start crawling, you shake your booty a little to get going – it’s so cute!!
have a serious side that is very curious and observant of the things around you.

are still the happiest baby ever. Everyone who spends time with you always comment on how happy and jubilant you are! Your squeal and your love are both contagious.
do not like to have your clothes changed, and will flip over immediately when you are set down for a diaper change. You are becoming quite the wiggler and make changing pretty difficult!
want to stand and stiffen your legs when we try to sit you
are crazy about your sister. Her presence in a room will send you into fits as you follow her with your eyes in everything she does.
love to play!! Your daddy will wrestle around with you on the floor and you light up with delight. You’re also very ticklish!
weigh 20 pounds and still love all the foods you’ve been offered. You’re wearing size 12-18 months in clothes and size 3 diapers.
It’s so hard to believe that you will be one in just four short months. We look forward to this summer and all the fun that you will be able to experience as we spend more and more time outside.
