The day started off with a neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt. Riley was very excited about it and couldn't wait to get there. Once the hunt started and the kids were running wild everywhere, she got a little overwhelmed and it took her awhile to start collecting eggs. She quickly got the hang of it and was happy to fill her basket.
After the hunt, we quickly loaded up and were off to a birthday party for twin boys in Riley's class. Lots of fun was had (no pictures, though).
The afternoon was spent doing a lot of relaxing (Ashley and I got to enjoy a few hours away at the Hyatt Hill Country Spa...what a treat!). While we were away, the kids were sleeping and the guys were barbecuing away! As the late afternoon hit, it got pretty warm so we had some fun in the sun!
