I have fallen so behind on blogging and have so much to catch up on.  The last Braden monthly recap I did was nine months, so just for my memory, here’s a quick look over the last two months before the big boy turned one.

At ten months:

• You love doors!  Can sit in a room and open and close a door countless times for entertainment.  Lots of times you end up getting stuck behind a closed door and we have to rescue you.
• You now have eight teeth, four on top and four on bottom.
• With the addition of your new teeth, you also have taken to biting to relieve the pain.  Ouch!
• You are pulling up on everything and love to bounce up and down on your chubby little legs.
• You also love to push things around the house, mostly chairs.
• You love to tackle your sister!  Waking her up in the morning is your favorite, climbing all over her and squealing in her ear.  The best part…she loves it too!
• We hear lots of babbling in our house, especially when you are trying to get our attention.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

At eleven months:

• you have mastered the stairs!  Climbing the stairs is one of your favorite things to do, and we always know when the gate has been left open because we can hear your furiously crawling across the room to take the chance at going upstairs.
• you are very curious of your surroundings, often staring off into the distance if something catches your eye.
• you have an infectious smile; when you are really happy, you’ll smile extra hard and squint your eyes too!
• any kind of food is your favorite!  You really haven’t come across anything you don’t like.
